Party Main + Play Style

Main + Play offers the perfect space with built-in fun and play to host kid-friendly events. Whether it is a celebration for your child's class or you are looking for a unique space to celebrate a birthday, Main + Play is the perfect place to do just that.

We currently offer 3 different party packages to accommodate your party wants and needs. We offer various add on options as well. (Please contact us to discuss add ons)

Birthday parties are two (2) hours of event time. Included is an additional 1/2 hour of set up and post party clean up depending on the package of your choice! Party includes up to 15 children and unlimited amount of adults not exceeding a total of 30 people. Our party room comfortably seats 20 people. We do have space for overflow if needed. Please note that due to capacity restrictions we ask you do not exceed 30 people for your event. Please contact us to discuss more and to book your party!

Out of courtesy, all guests and belongings must be completely out of the party room and play space by the end of your 2 hour time slot. Staying past your scheduled time impacts other families, staff, and our ability to reset the space for others. We kindly ask that you plan your cleanup and goodbyes accordingly to help maintain a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone at Main + Play.

*A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for booking.

Our Packages:

DIY Party: $275

Our party room is a blank slate and you are the planner! You know what you want and provide everything you need.

We provide you with 2 hours of private use of our facility and party room, admission for up to 15 children, Happy Birthday sign, time 30 minutes before and after event for set up and clean up.

You provide your decorations of your choice, food and drink of your choice (no alcohol), decorating and clean up.

*If you would like more than 30 minutes for set up please notify us for add on options.*

All Hands on Deck: $380

No need to worry, we help you plan! We take the stress out of setting up.

We provide 2 hour private use of our party room and facility, admission for 15 children, generic color table cloths, balloons, plates, cups, utensils and napkins (pick from our color selection), help setting up, Happy Birthday sign, water and juice, complete tear down and clean up of your event.

You provide decorations of your choice, food and additional beverages if wanted and help setting up prior to event.

The Main Event: Starting at $500

Don’t have time to plan? We take the fuss out of planning and hosting. Your event is fully customized to a theme of your choice.

In addition to planning this package includes: 2 hour private access to M+P facility and party room, admission for up to 15 kids, all decorations and supplies, custom digital invites, happy birthday sign, food and drinks from your choice of local vendor list, set up and clean up.

All we ask for you to supply is the guest of honor!

Main and Play Event Guidelines

We are happy to host your special event. We are honored to be part of your little one’s special day and look forward to working with you. Provided below are a few tips and guidelines for your event.

  1. Parties are non-refundable. If you need to change the date or time, you may transfer your reservation to another available date. Transfers may only occur one time. 

  2. The remaining balance of your party must be paid in full 48-hours prior to the date of the party. You will receive an email prompting you to pay your invoice via Clover.

  3. We invite you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time to set up anything you are bringing for your party. Please do not arrive prior to 30 minutes unless you have already inquired. *Those arriving prior to that will be charged an additional fee if not already added onto your party.

  4. We do allow wall decorations if being used with command strips or wall friendly adhesives. Please no confetti or glitter. 

  5. We kindly ask that nobody participates in rough or horseplay. Please advise children prior to coming and while attending to ensure everyone is safe and enjoys their time at Main + Play.

  6. We ask all guests to remove shoes and wear SOCKS ONLY. Please share this with your guests in advance of your party. Should your guests prefer, they are welcome to purchase kids or adult grippy socks for $2 each.

  7. All guests need a signed waiver. This can be signed upon entering.
